用氟离子选择电极法测定某化肥厂作业环境氟浓度和接触氟作业的43名工人班前晨尿氟浓度,依据《氟斑牙临床诊断标准》(WS/T208—2011)诊断氟斑牙。该化肥厂作业环境氟浓度未超过国家职业卫生限值;尿氟检测两次的11人,第二次尿氟均值显著高于第一次(P<0.05);接氟工人尿氟水平对氟斑牙发病情况无明显影响(P>0.05)。随着接氟工龄的增加,尿氟水平增高,应加强防护,降低氟对人体的危害。
Fluoride ion-selective electrode method was used to determine fluorine concentration in morning urine of 43 workers in a chemical fertilizer plant operating environment and fluorine exposure, and dental fluorosis was diagnosed according to “Clinical diagnostic criteria of dental fluorosis” (WS / T208-2011). The fluoride concentration in the operating environment of the fertilizer factory did not exceed the national occupational health limit. The mean urinary fluorine in the second urine test was significantly higher than that in the first test (P <0.05) The incidence of dental plague had no significant effect (P> 0.05). With the increase of fluoride age, urinary fluoride levels increased, should strengthen protection, reduce the harm of fluorine on the human body.
