目的分析5岁以下儿童死亡原因,提出预防措施,降低5岁以下儿童死亡率。方法对2009-2013年间471例5岁以下儿童死亡进行分析。结果新生儿死亡率占5岁以下儿童死亡的58.2%,婴儿死亡率占5岁以下儿童死亡的77.7%,出生缺陷、早产及低出生体重是5岁以下儿童死亡的主要原因。结论:规范三级预防体系,开展产前筛查,扩大新生儿疾病筛查的病种,不断降低出生缺陷的发生率,提高人口素质。
Objective To analyze the causes of death of children under 5 years of age and put forward preventive measures to reduce the mortality rate of children under 5 years of age. Methods 471 children under 5 years of age from 2009 to 2013 were analyzed for death. Results Neonatal mortality accounted for 58.2% of all deaths among children under 5 years of age, infant mortality accounted for 77.7% of children under 5 years of age, birth defects, premature birth and low birth weight were among the leading causes of death among children under 5 years of age. Conclusion: To standardize the tertiary prevention system, to carry out prenatal screening, to expand the screening of neonatal diseases, continue to reduce the incidence of birth defects and improve the quality of the population.
