通过对典型内花键孔零件──滑动齿套的热处理变形分析，提出了减小此类零件变形的方法以及变形后常用的修整措施，从而保证了此类零件的加工质量。
Through the analysis of heat treatment deformation of the typical internal spline hole-sliding sleeve, the methods to reduce the deformation of such parts and the common dressing measures after deformation are put forward to ensure the processing quality of such parts.
