近年来,国内萘系类高效减水剂的研究发展很快,品种越来越多,有些科研成果和产品可与国外名牌减水剂媲美,但由于售价较高,致使这类减水剂未能在我国普遍推广应用。鉴于上述原因,我们在过去研究 NNO 减水剂的基础上,开展了利用石油化工付产品研制减水剂的工作。经过近两年的研究,研制成了一种以裂解轻柴油制取乙烯的付产品—裂解轻焦油为原料的磺化裂解轻焦油减水剂(以下简称 SCT 减水剂)。SCT 减水剂与其它萘系减水剂相比,具有原料来源广,生产工艺简便,效果良好,成本便宜等优点,目前正在筹备鉴定,待鉴定后,拟建厂生产。

Compared with other naphthalene water-reducing agents, SCT water-reducing agent has the advantages of wide raw material source, simple production process, good effect, low cost, etc. Currently, SCT water-reducing agent is under preparation for identification.
