2006年,中国共产党政治生活中的大事之一,就是将启动全国省、市、县、乡四级党委集中换届工作。从今年起到2007年上半年,全国省、市、县、乡党委将集中进行领导班子换届工作。这次换届面广人多,涉及到全国数以千计的县和数以十万计的领导干部。中央要求确保在整个换届过程中思想不散、秩序不乱、工作不断。
In 2006, one of the major events in the political life of the Chinese Communist Party was the general mobilization of Party committees at the provincial, municipal, county and township levels throughout the country. Starting from this year to the first half of 2007, the provincial Party committees in provinces, cities, counties and townships across the country will focus their work on the general leadership. The exchange of people is widespread, involving thousands of counties and hundreds of thousands of leading cadres across the country. The Central Government has called for ensuring that ideas are not loosened throughout the general election process, that the order is not chaos and that there is continuous work.
