《中华人民共和国工会法》、《劳动法》和国家劳动保护法律法规中明确指出:维护职工在劳动过程中的安全健康是履行工会劳动保护、群众监督检查的职责,要做好劳动保护工作必须从安全生产抓起,这是做好劳动保护工作的基础和前提。怎么样才能更好的发挥工会在企业安全生产中的作用,我们可以从五个方面分析出工会在企业安全生产中的作用,使工会可以发挥保护劳动者权益和在安全生产中的监督职能,发挥积极的作用,为维护广大职工的生命健康,为构建和谐企业提供良好的安全保障。
The “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Trade Unions”, the “Labor Law” and the laws and regulations on labor protection make it clear that the safeguarding of employees’ safety and health during the labor process is the responsibility of performing labor protection and mass supervision and inspection by the trade unions. To do a good job of labor protection, Starting from safety in production, this is the basis and premise for doing a good job of labor protection. How can we better play the role of trade unions in the safety of enterprises? From five aspects we can analyze the role of trade unions in the safety of enterprises, so that trade unions can play the role of supervising the rights and interests of workers and their safety in production, Play an active role in safeguarding the lives and health of a broad range of staff and workers and providing a sound security guarantee for building a harmonious enterprise.
