运用电子显微镜观察甲硝唑对人精子超微结构的影响。结果显示:0.24 mol/L 甲硝唑在作用5分钟时,即能使人精子细胞膜和顶体外膜发生破损和丢失;精子尾部线粒体鞘紊乱及线粒体出现肿胀和空泡样变化;20分钟时,甲硝唑对精子的损伤作用更为明显。结果提示,甲硝唑能够损伤精子的结构,可作为一种体外杀精子剂的候选成分。
Effect of Metronidazole on the Ultrastructure of Human Sperm Using Electron Microscope. The results showed that 0.24 mol / L metronidazole could cause damage and loss of the human sperm cell membrane and the peri-epidermis membrane when exposed to metronidazole for 5 minutes. The mitochondrial sheath and mitochondria in the tail of the sperm were disordered and swollen and vacuolar. After 20 minutes, Metronidazole on the role of sperm damage more pronounced. The results suggest that metronidazole can damage the structure of sperm, as an in vitro spermicide candidate components.
