丽水市人民政府令第77号《丽水市船闸管理办法》已经市人民政府第15次常务会议审议通过,现予公布,自2013年5月1日起施行。市长王永康2013年3月12日第一章总则第一条为加强对船闸的管理和养护,确保船闸安全、畅通,充分发挥船闸的作用,更好地为过闸船舶和水运事业服务,根据国务院《中华人民共和国航道管理条例》、交通运输部《船闸管理办法》及《浙江省航道管理条例》等法规、规章规定,结合我市具体情况,特制定本办法。
