一、一般介紹 专业設計院于1964:年編制了《200m~3装配式水塔》(图号专水3017),經部設計預算鉴定委員会批准,作为全路通用图推广使用。 設計中一个容量V=200m~3,五个高度(自地面算起)H=10、12、14、16和20m編一个图号。主要結构部分,除基础、支架、横梁采用300号鋼筋混凝土(鋼筋为A3和A5)預制构件外,水槽、中心竪管、环槽平台、鉄梯等均采用A3鋼制。所有构件原则上均应在基地制造,运到工地装配。 設計中有两种基础,适用于普通地质条件的,要求地基土壤計算强度为2.0和1.5kg/cm~2。不适用于烈度七度及七度以上的地震区,湿陷性大孔土地区及喀斯持地区。頂盖、水槽及中心竪管,均附有保溫构造設計,适用于全国各个溫度地区。为便于根据水塔外部計算溫度和水源(严格地講,应是水源的水温;因同一类型水源的水溫变化范围有限,为叙述和选用簡便,才这样称呼)不同,决定各部保溫构造之取合,設計中按一般正
