采用离子交换方法制备掺杂SnO_2/ZnO的聚酰亚胺复合薄膜,利用XRF、XRD、SEM、TG等测试方法对其进行表征和分析,并以亚甲基蓝为目标降解物考察其光催化活性,研究了Sn/Zn掺杂量以及热处理温度、时间对薄膜光催化性能的影响。结果表明,当Sn~(2+)/Zn~(2+)的比为4∶1(mol,摩尔比,下同),总离子浓度为0.3mol/L、热处理410℃,保温4h时制得的复合薄膜对亚甲基蓝光催化降解效率最高为96%。
The SnO_2 / ZnO doped polyimide composite films were prepared by ion exchange method. The films were characterized and analyzed by XRF, XRD, SEM and TG. The photocatalytic activity of the composite films was investigated with methylene blue The effects of Sn / Zn doping amount, heat treatment temperature and time on the photocatalytic performance of the films were investigated. The results show that when the ratio of Sn 2+ / Zn 2+ is 4:1 (molar ratio, the same below), the total ion concentration is 0.3mol / L, heat treatment is carried out at 410 ℃ for 4h The composite film obtained methylene blue photocatalytic degradation efficiency up to 96%.
