目的探讨可视化诺如病毒(norovirus,NoV)GⅡ型逆转录环介导等温扩增(reverse transcription-loop-mediated isothermal amplification,RT-LAMP)方法在感染性腹泻疫情中的应用价值。方法利用文献报道的可视化NoV GⅡRTLAMP检测方法和RT-PCR方法分别对151份感染性腹泻疫情相关标本(80份病例粪便、43份肛拭子、16份末稍水和12份桶装水)标本进行NoV检测;评价RT-LAMP法和RT-PCR方法的一致性。结果 RT-LAMP方法检出42份感染性腹泻疫情标本NoV GⅡ型RNA阳性,阳性率为27.81%;RT-PCR方法检出37份感染性腹泻疫情标本NoV GⅡRNA阳性,阳性率为24.50%;2种方法的检测结果经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论可视化NoV GⅡRT-LAMP方法可用于感染性腹泻疫情的NoV GⅡRNA筛查。
Objective To investigate the value of visual RT-LAMP in the detection of infectious diarrhea by norovirus (NoV) GⅡ reverse transcription-loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP). Methods Fifty-one specimens of infectious diarrheal disease (80 cases of stool, 43 rectal swabs, 16 minipigs and 12 bottled water samples) were detected by using the visualized NoV GⅡRTLAMP detection method and RT-PCR method reported in the literature. NoV detection; Evaluation of RT-LAMP method and RT-PCR method of consistency. Results The positive rate of NoV GⅡ RNA was detected in 42 infectious diarrhea samples by RT-LAMP, and the positive rate was 27.81%. NoV GⅡRNA was detected in 37 infectious diarrhea samples by RT-PCR, the positive rate was 24.50% .2 The test results of the methods were statistically analyzed, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The NoV GⅡRT-LAMP method can be used to screen NoV GⅡRNA in infectious diarrhea.
