目的 :通过皮疹清颗粒的制备工艺研究 ,确定其最佳工艺条件。方法 :针对皮疹清颗粒的特性 ,采用正交试验设计法 ,以黄芩甙含量为指标 ,拟定黄芩的提取工艺 ;通过挥发油的提取与包结试验 ,筛选野菊花、当归等药的最佳提取工艺 ;以芍药甙为指标 ,确定赤芍等药的最佳醇沉工艺。结果 :确立了黄芩甙粗提工艺 ,野菊花等药的挥发油的包结工艺和赤芍等药的醇沉条件。结论 :该制备工艺科学合理 ,质量稳定 ,为皮疹清颗粒的最佳工艺
Objective : To study the preparation process of rash granules and determine the best process conditions. Methods: According to the characteristics of rash granules, orthogonal test design method was used to determine the extraction process of radix astragali with jaundice as an index. The optimum extraction process of wild chrysanthemum and angelica was screened through the extraction and inclusion test of volatile oil. The peony herb was used as an index to determine the best alcohol precipitation process for Radix Paeoniae Alba and other drugs. Results : The inclusion process of the volatile oil from the crude extract technology of Astragalus membranaceus and wild chrysanthemum and the alcohol precipitation conditions of Radix Paeoniae Radix etc. were established. Conclusion: The preparation process is scientific and reasonable, and the quality is stable. It is the best process for clearing granules of rash.
