目的 :选择凝胶剂中适宜的高分子材料。方法 :以麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱的含量作为考察指标 ,分别对不同种类的高分子材料组成的小儿哮喘直肠凝胶剂进行了透析膜和家兔直肠 2种体外释放实验 ,对各种凝胶剂的释药能力进行比较研究。结果 :释药能力分别为丙烯酸类高分子凝胶 >HPMC凝胶 >CMC Na凝胶。结论 :选择丙烯酸类高分子材料作为小儿哮喘直肠凝胶剂为宜
Objective : To select suitable polymer materials for gelling agent. METHODS: Using ephedrine and pseudoephedrine as indexes, two kinds of pediatric asthmatic rectal gels composed of different polymer materials were subjected to dialysis membrane and rabbit rectal in vitro release experiments. Drug release capabilities were compared. RESULTS : Drug release capacity was acrylic polymer gel> HPMC gel> CMC Na gel. Conclusion : It is appropriate to choose acrylic polymer as pediatric asthma rectal gel
