高职教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,其使命就是为了帮助国家社会培养出更多的职业化综合人才,推动市场经济文化的和谐稳定发展。基于形势下,高职英语教师要就业为导向,注重培养学生职业能力,不断提高学生的学习实践能力。因此,高职教育教师要针对现代学生的学习特点和需求,合理设置教学目标和任务,不断优化完善课堂教学内容,从而有效提升高职学生的就业能力,促使他们将来更好的适应社会企业对人才的需求。本文将进一步对职业能力培养下的高职英语教学展开分析与探讨。
As an important part of higher education in our country, the mission of higher vocational education is to help the national society to cultivate more professional comprehensive talents and to promote the harmonious and stable development of market economy and culture. Based on the situation, vocational English teachers should be employment-oriented, pay attention to cultivating students’ professional ability, and constantly improve their learning and practice abilities. Therefore, the teachers of higher vocational education should aim at the learning characteristics and needs of modern students, set teaching objectives and tasks reasonably, and optimize and improve the content of classroom teaching so as to effectively enhance the employability of higher vocational students and make them better adapted to the social enterprises in the future Talent demand. This article will further analyze and discuss vocational English teaching under vocational ability training.
