目的探讨生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素,采取有效的预防措施,保护从业人员的身体健康。方法依据相关标准和规范,采用现场职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康监护等方法对该项目进行预评价。结果可比性较高的类比企业检测结果显示,有毒作业点、噪声作业点、高温作业点检测合格率分别为90.5%、96.2%、100.0%。结论该项目属于严重职业病危害项目,如果有针对性地强化防护措施,做好个人防护,可以预防职业病的发生。
Objective To explore the hazards of occupational diseases in the production process and take effective preventive measures to protect the health of employees. Methods Based on the relevant standards and norms, the project was pre-evaluated by occupational health surveys, occupational health tests and occupational health monitoring. The test results of analogy enterprises with higher comparability of results showed that the pass rates of toxic operation, noise operation and high temperature operation were 90.5%, 96.2% and 100.0% respectively. Conclusion The project is a serious occupational hazard project, if targeted to strengthen the protective measures, good personal protection, can prevent occupational diseases.
