随着我国经济的高速发展,基础设施的建设呈现出一种欣欣向荣的景象,高速公路事业也取得了前所未有的发展成就。在提倡物质文明和精神文明共同建设的时代背景下,为了配合和推进高速公路的进一步发展,公路运营企业的文化建设就显得尤为重要,但是当前高速公路运营企业管理中,企业的文化建设大多还处于未开发阶段,企业文化意识相当薄弱,这也制约了高速公路运营企业管理的进一步完善。本文简要地介绍了企业文化建设在高速公路运营企业中存在的问题,并相应地提出企业文化建设的措施,仅供参考。
