实际工作中,如何做好成本控制从而提高企业效益,是每个企业都很关注的课题。应根据各企业自身的管理、技术、经济等水平不同特点执行不同方法。本文主要是谈到水电施工企业成本控制关键点,笔者根据水电施工企业的施工周期长、技术条件复杂、投资规模大、不可能建立和其他制造业一样的标准成本控制系统、施工人员中民工较多,施工区域地理和气候条件一般又不利等实际情况。提出几点水电施工企业成本控制方法,以期给相关工作提供参考。
In actual work, how to do a good job of cost control to improve the efficiency of enterprises is a topic that every enterprise is very concerned about. Different methods should be implemented according to the different characteristics of each enterprise’s own management, technology and economy. This article mainly talks about the key points of cost control for hydropower construction enterprises. According to the construction period of hydropower construction enterprises is long, the technical conditions are complex and the investment is large, it is impossible to establish the same standard cost control system as other manufacturing industries. In general, construction geography and weather conditions are unfavorable. Proposed a few points of hydropower construction cost control methods, with a view to providing relevant reference.
