[现实扫描]七年前,国务院改革出台新的法定休假制度,每年国庆节、春节和五一法定节日加上双休日,全国放假7天。从此,3个“黄金周”掀起的旅游消费热成为我国经济生活的新亮点,假日经济成为人们津津乐道的新话题……现如今,质疑之声不绝的“黄金周”似成鸡肋,建议将其取消的呼声更是的有耳闻。2006年12月5日,全国政协委员、清华大学博士生导师蔡继明受托完成的一项建议取消“黄金周”的课题报告,使“黄金周”的存废问题再次浮出水面。近年来,有关“黄金周”存废的争议一直不断。旅游及与旅游相关的专业人士也在积极为改革“黄金周”奔走呐喊,甚至提出设立“小黄金周”的建议。
