随着对生活世界和质性研究的认识深入,人力资源开发与管理研究领域中的混合方法应用越发普遍。本文对混合方法特别是三角交叉检视方法,在人力资源开发与管理研究中的实践,进行初步总结。同时,对混合方法及其背后的方法论、认识论等问题予以讨论;希望借助这些讨论,能就当前人力资源开发与管理领域在构建面向“中国问题”的研究范式过程中,对既有的研究高度依赖外源、功能定位缺失等问题进行剖析,有所助益。
With the deepening understanding of the life world and qualitative research, the application of mixed methods in the field of human resource development and management is more and more common. This paper summarizes the hybrid methods, especially the triangular cross-examination method, in the research of human resources development and management. At the same time, we discuss the hybrid method and its methodology and epistemology. With these discussions, we hope that in the current research field of human resource development and management, we can construct a research paradigm for “China Problem” Research highly dependent on exogenous, lack of functional orientation and other issues for analysis, be helpful.
