目的 探讨脑出血急性期应急性高血糖的时相变化及RI对急性期脑出血病灶周围缺血脑组织的 保护作用。方法 对所有急性期脑出血患者动态测定血糖值、神经功能缺陷评分、近期疗效。结果 (1)脑出血急性 期病程越短、病情越重、血糖浓度越高,RI明显缩短应激性高血糖的持续时间。(2)RI治疗组神经功能恢复快且明 显,治愈率高,死亡率低。结论 RI对急性期脑出血病灶周围的缺血脑组织具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the phase changes of acute hyperglycemia in acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage and the protective effect of RI on ischemic cerebral tissue around cerebral hemorrhage in acute stage. Methods All patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were measured blood glucose level, neurological deficit score and short-term curative effect. Results (1) The shorter the course of acute cerebral hemorrhage, the more severe the disease, the higher the blood glucose concentration, RI significantly shortened the duration of stress hyperglycemia. (2) The neurological function in the treatment group was faster and more obvious, the cure rate was higher and the mortality rate was lower. Conclusion RI has a protective effect on ischemic brain tissue around cerebral hemorrhage in acute stage.
