一、经过情况:上海某冷冻厂五台 S8-12.5机器配置二台直径为1000毫米的中间冷却器。在生产旺季机器都投入运行期间,高压缸吸入温度一般还正常,中间压力约在3公斤/厘米~(?)(表压)左右,但当淡季只需开一台 S812.5双级机时,中压虽在3.5~4公斤/厘米~(?)(表压)而吸入温度却会高达40℃以上,按中压范围其相应的饱和温度应在1~4℃左右,怀疑是吸气阀片破碎或泄漏,但拆检进、排气阀片均正常,机器的其它结构部件也都正常。又怀疑中冷器浮球阀供液阀失效引起中冷器供液不足,于是停止浮球阀供液,改用手动膨胀阀供液,并将膨胀阀开大,结果出现压缩机倒霜现象,关小膨胀阀则高压缸吸气温度复又迅速上升。这种现象持续将近半年多也找不出原因。
