目的了解小学生卫生应急知识的知晓水平。方法采用卫生部卫生应急办公室制订的《卫生应急相关知识调查问卷》,对缙云县2所小学四年级学生进行无记名问卷调查。结果共调查256名小学生,卫生应急相关知识总知晓率为69.05%;城区小学生的知晓率73.75%高于乡镇小学生64.19%(P<0.01);女生的知晓率71.13%高于男生67.34%(P<0.01)。结论缙云县小学生卫生应急知识知晓率偏低,建议学校加强卫生应急相关知识的健康教育工作。
Objective To understand the level of awareness of primary health emergency knowledge. Methods A “Questionnaire on Health Emergency Response”, which was formulated by the Office of Health Emergency Response of the Ministry of Health, was used to conduct a secretarial survey on the fourth grade of two primary schools in Jinyun County. Results A total of 256 primary school students were investigated. The total awareness rate of health emergency related knowledge was 69.05%. The awareness rate of primary school students in urban areas was 73.75% higher than that of township primary school students 64.19% (P <0.01). The awareness rate of female students 71.13% was higher than that of boys 67.34% <0.01). Conclusions There is a low awareness rate of primary health emergency knowledge among primary school students in Jinyun County. It is suggested that schools should strengthen the health education related to health emergency response.
