采用真空热压烧结工艺制备了Ti3SiC2和Ti3SiC2-Al2O3复合材料,考察了其与GCr15钢球配副在无润滑条件、去离子水和乙醇介质中的摩擦磨损性能.研究结果表明:在无润滑条件和去离子水中,2种摩擦副的摩擦学性能较差;在乙醇中,2种摩擦副均表现出优异的摩擦学性能;从无润滑条件到去离子水和乙醇介质中,2种摩擦副的磨损机理受从钢球到盘的单向转移以及摩擦氧化控制.与单一Ti3SiC2材料相比,Ti3SiC2-Al2O3复合材料具有更好的摩擦学性能.
The friction and wear properties of Ti3SiC2 and Ti3SiC2-Al2O3 composite materials prepared by vacuum hot-pressing sintering process were investigated, and the friction and wear properties of Ti3SiC2 and Ti3SiC2-Al2O3 composite materials in non-lubricated, deionized water and ethanol media were investigated.
