本文依据1995—2007年上海地区的相关数据,采用非参数Malmquist指数法估算了该阶段上海各所有制经济的全要素生产率,并采用所估算的国内企业和外商投资企业全要素生产率,以Granger因果分析法检验两者之间是否存在因果关系。从检验结果来看,在95%的显著性水平下,外商投资企业全要素生产率变动指数与上海国内企业全要素生产率变动指数互不为Granger原因,即可以认为,1995—2007年间外商直接投资对于上海地区国内企业并没有显著的技术外溢效应。
Based on the data of Shanghai in 1995-2007, this paper estimates the total factor productivity of each ownership economy in Shanghai in this stage by using the nonparametric Malmquist index method, and uses the estimated total factor productivity of domestic enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises. Using Granger causality analysis France test whether there is a causal relationship between the two. From the test results, under the 95% significance level, the GDI-FIFI of FIEs and the TFP of Shanghai-based FIEs are not Granger reasons. It can be considered that the FDI in 1995-2007 Domestic enterprises in Shanghai and no significant technology spillover effect.
