当今社会,就业档案在人们的生活中扮演者重要的角色,就业档案与每一个工作人员的生活密切相关,同时也是社会经济稳定发展的必要条件。随着社会信息化,人们的生活质量不断提高,就业档案的管理工作也要紧跟新时期的社会发展脚步,但是目前在就业档案管理工作中存在一些问题,提出一些有效的解决方法,希望得到就业档案管理者的重视,并且进一步完善,以促进社会的稳定发展,对新时期背景下的就业档案管理工作开展分析。
