煤矿资源是我国重要的基础能源和材料,占我国能源总量已经超过了70%,伴随着我国经济快速发展而对社会资源的不断开发与利用,社会对于煤矿资源能源的需求量也日益扩大,特别是对煤矿资源的需求更是不断增加,但是,煤炭开采技术发展的形势比较严峻。为了保证满足人们对于煤炭资源的需求量,各国纷纷研究更高的煤矿开采技术,从而提高煤矿的开采率。本文将简单分析我国煤炭开采技术存在煤矿开采技术应用层次亟待深化,煤矿开采技术专业人才匮乏,创新能力较弱以及煤矿开采技术发展的政策环境差,并提出了提高煤矿开采技术应用层次,培养煤矿开采技术专业人才和积极制定优惠政策支持技术推广的对策,以对煤矿开采技术发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
