为了满足新时期、新形势下档案管理发展的新需要,必须加强对档案管理体制、模式的构建解析研究。科学、规范、合理的档案管理体制、模式是衡量企业或单位经营管理水平高低的重要尺度。特别是档案管理资源信息化、档案管理虚拟化等现代化手段的具体运用实践,更凸显了档案管理体制、模式构建在推动我国经济体制改革、促进精神文明建设、实现和谐社会中的重要作用。
