目的建立化妆品中壬基酚的超高效液相色谱测定法。方法样品经固相萃取后,用超高效液相色谱(PDA检测器)进行检测,色谱柱为Waters ACQUITY UPLCTMBEH苯基柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),定量检测波长为224 nm。结果该方法的线性范围为2~50μg/ml,r=0.999 5,检出限为1μg/g,回收率为92%~102%,RSD<9%。结论该方法准确、可靠,适合化妆品中壬基酚的日常检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of nonylphenol in cosmetics by ultra performance liquid chromatography. Methods After SPE, the samples were detected by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (PDA). The column was a Waters ACQUITY UPLC TMBEH phenyl column (50 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm) and the detection wavelength was 224 nm. Results The linear range of this method was 2 ~ 50μg / ml, r = 0.999 5, the detection limit was 1μg / g, the recovery was 92% ~ 102% and the RSD was 9%. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, suitable for routine testing of nonylphenol in cosmetics.
