目的了解天津市禽类相关环境中禽流感病毒污染状况。方法于2012—2013年在6个涉农区县的禽类相关场所采集多种类型环境标本用荧光定量PCR检测禽流感病毒。结果 1029份环境标本禽流感病毒阳性率为2.72%,其中H5亚型、H9亚型禽流感病毒和A未分型流感病毒核酸阳性率分别为0.49%,1.94%和0.29%。监测场所中城乡活禽市场样本阳性率最高(23.23%),标本类型中清洗禽类污水阳性率最高(20.59%)。不同监测场所及标本类型的检出阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论本次调查的天津市禽类相关环境中存在禽流感病毒,活禽市场是感染禽流感病毒的高危场所。
Objective To understand the status of avian influenza virus infection in poultry in Tianjin. Methods In 2012-2013, various types of environmental samples were collected from the poultry-related sites in 6 agro-related counties for the detection of avian influenza virus by real-time PCR. Results The positive rate of 1029 samples was 2.72%. The positive rates of H5 subtype, H9 subtype A and A non-subtype influenza viruses were 0.49%, 1.94% and 0.29%, respectively. The positive rate of live poultry in urban and rural areas was the highest (23.23%) in the monitoring sites, and the highest positive rate (20.59%) was in the type of specimens. The positive rates of different monitoring sites and specimen types were statistically significant (P <0.001). Conclusions The survey shows that there is avian influenza virus in the poultry-related environment in Tianjin, and the live poultry market is a high-risk place for infecting avian influenza virus.
