当前,我国大学生违法犯罪的基本走势是;总数量仍将继续增长,犯罪率进一步上升,违法犯罪类型由相对集中向多类型发展的趋势,犯罪的团伙化、暴力化、智能化、突发性特征相互交织。遏制、减少和防范大学生违法犯罪的基本对策是:统一认识、加强领导;大力实施素质教育,强化大学生的品德教育;突出重点,认真做好大学生特殊群体的帮教转化工作;强化社会治安综合治理,不断净化大学生成长的社会环境。
