在空气气氛下,以Ag NO3溶液为原料,添加适量柠檬酸,采用溶液雾化焙烧法制备微米级球形银粉。采用热重-差热分析仪(TGA-DSC)对Ag NO3在空气气氛中的热行为进行了研究,探讨了反应温度、添加剂的种类等因素对产物银粉形貌、粒径及其分布的影响,并采用X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(EDAX)和激光粒度分析仪等对银粉进行表征。研究结果表明:在反应温度为700℃、硝酸银溶液浓度为2.0 mol/L、柠檬酸的添加量为2.5%(摩尔比)、压缩空气流量为1.0 m3/h的条件下,可制备平均粒径为3.16μm,振实密度为4.24 g/cm3,结晶度高、表面光滑、分散性好的球形银粉。
In the air atmosphere, with AgNO3 solution as raw material, add appropriate amount of citric acid, using the solution atomized roasting method to prepare micron-sized spherical silver powder. The thermal behavior of AgNO3 in air was investigated by TGA-DSC.
