本文对实验大鼠进行单价肾综合征出血热灭活疫苗免疫，结果表明免疫大鼠能产生较高的同型和异型中和抗体及IFA抗体应答，因而，大鼠可以作为疫苗效力评价的实验动物。
In this study, immunization of experimental rats with monovalent renal syndrome hemorrhagic fever inactivated vaccine showed that the immunized rats could produce higher isotype and atypical neutralizing antibodies and IFA antibody responses, therefore, the rats could be used as experimental animals for vaccine efficacy evaluation .
