病理性的免疫反应在慢性心力衰竭的发病过程中起重要作用,其中包括免疫细胞比例失衡、免疫因子及促炎性因子增多等.目前心力衰竭的药物治疗不仅针对神经体液、血液动力等方面,还涉及到心力衰竭病理性免疫机制,具有减弱炎症反应、抑制免疫应答和改善心室重构的作用,可以显著改善心衰症状,降低发病率和死亡率.“,”Pathological immune response takes a considerable part in the process of chronic heart failure.It includes immune cells imbalanced,immune factors and proinflammatory factors increased,and so on.Currently,the medical treatment of heart failure is not only aiming atnerhumoral and hemodynamic,but also pathological immune mechanism.It could reduce inflammation,inhibit the immuneresponse,and improve ventricular remodeling,thus alleviating the symptoms of heart failure,and reducingits morbidity and mortality.This article mainly discussed the immunological mechanism and clinical significance of the several common drugs inchronic heart failure.
