为提高某铁矿山的一种工业性矿泥的沉降和过滤特性,采用合成聚合絮凝剂进行了试验工作。试验工作包括对采用的合适絮凝剂的特性进行确定并加以评价,目的是为了提高沉降和过滤速度。试验确定了最佳的絮凝剂用量。试验结果表明,与未经处理的矿泥相比,利用一种适当组合的絮凝剂,沉降速度可增加几倍。与阳离子和非离子型絮凝剂相比,结果发现,阴离子絮凝剂对矿泥的絮凝更加有效。两种阴离子絮凝剂协同效应产生了最佳的沉降条件。过滤试验结果也表明,合适的絮凝剂可提高矿浆的脱水性能。
In order to improve the settling and filtration characteristics of an industrial slime in an iron mine, the experiment was carried out by using synthetic polymeric flocculant. The test work included the identification and evaluation of the characteristics of suitable flocculants used in order to increase settling and filtration rates. The experiment determined the best flocculant dosage. The experimental results show that the sedimentation rate can be multiplied several times by an appropriate combination of flocculants compared to untreated slime. Compared with cationic and non-ionic flocculants, it has been found that anionic flocculants are more effective in flocculation of slime. The synergistic effect of the two anionic flocculants produced the best settling conditions. Filtration test results also show that the appropriate flocculant can improve the dehydration performance of the pulp.
