[目的]了解重庆市万州区城区中小学生健康知识水平,分析中小学校健康教育工作中存在问题,以便普及基本卫生知识,提高居民的健康水平和生活质量。[方法]2009年5月,对万州区城区抽取高级中学、初级中学、完全小学各1所,对其中850名学生进行健康知识问卷调查。[结果]调查844人,10道健康知识的总知晓率为81.60%。总知晓率,274名高中生为82.75%,382名初中生为78.53%,188名小学生为86.17%(P<0.01)。[结论]万州区城区中小学生健康知识知晓率较高,初中生健康知识尚需进一步提高。
[Objective] To understand the health knowledge of primary and secondary school students in Wanzhou District of Chongqing and to analyze the existing problems in primary and secondary school health education in order to popularize basic health knowledge and improve residents’ health and quality of life. [Method] In May 2009, 1 senior high school, junior middle school and complete primary school were sampled in Wanzhou district. 850 healthy students were surveyed by questionnaire. [Results] The total awareness of 844 people and 10 health knowledge was 81.60%. The total awareness rate was 82.75% for 274 high school students, 78.53% for 382 junior high school students and 86.17% for 188 primary school students (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The awareness rate of health knowledge among primary and middle school students in Wanzhou district is high, and the health knowledge of junior high school students needs to be further improved.
