目的:对高原世居藏族健康成人进行心率及心率变异时域分析,研究高原世居藏族的心率特点。方法:对100例高原世居藏族健康成人、75例西宁地区藏族健康成人和100例西宁地区汉族健康成人进行全程24小时动态心电图检查,分析心率指标(24小时总心搏数、24小时最小心率、24小时最大心率和每分平均心率)和心率变异性(Heartratevariability,HRV)时域指标(SDNN、SDANN、SDNNIdex、RMSSD和PNN50%)。结果:高原世居藏族健康成人心率指标:24小时总心搏数、24小时最大心率、每分平均心率均低于西宁地区藏、汉族健康成人。高原世居藏族健康成人的心率变异时域指标RMSSD、PNN50%高于西宁地区藏、汉族健康成人。结论:高原世居藏族健康成人心率偏慢,世居藏族迷走神经活性略高。
Objective: To analyze the time-series analysis of heart rate and heart rate variability in Tibetan healthy adults at high altitude and to study the heart rate characteristics of native Tibetans living in high altitude. Methods: A total of 100 cases of Tibetan healthy adults in plateau, 75 cases of Tibetan healthy adults in Xining and 100 cases of healthy adults of Han nationality in Xining were enrolled in the 24-hour Holter monitoring. Heart rate (24-hour total heart rate, 24-hour minimum heart rate , 24-hour maximum heart rate and average heart rate per minute) and HRV (SDNN, SDANN, SDNNIdex, RMSSD and PNN50%). Results: The heart rate index of healthy Tibetan adults in Tibetan Plateau: total heart rate at 24 hours, maximum heart rate at 24 hours and average heart rate per minute were lower than those of Tibetan and Han healthy adults in Xining. The RMSSD and PNN50% of heart rate variability of Tibetan healthy adults in Plateau were higher than that of Tibetan and Han healthy adults in Xining. Conclusion: The heart rate of healthy Tibetan adults living in Tibetan Plateau is rather slow, and the living Tibetan vagal activity is slightly higher.
