广州药店竞争在一年内变得十分激烈,大卖场、平价药店如雨后春笋般在广州大小角落出现。作为我们这家小药店在这样的环境下,只能靠与周围老顾客的关系,并以优质的药学服务来吸引一些新的顾客。在药店里工作的我们,一般都没有什么时间到外面进修,对于新的药品知识,只能通过看书了解。但对于三九公司的产品所相关的专业知识,我们有一个更好更方便的方法与业务员聊天。
