右玉县,是晋西北曾经黄沙弥漫的不毛之地。新中国成立60多年来,在19任县委书记的带领下,右玉县干部群众坚持不懈地种树,林地面积由不足0.3%达到53%,创造了感天动地的右玉精神。习近平总书记指出:“右玉精神体现的是全心全意为人民服务,是迎难而上、艰苦奋斗,是久久为功、利在长远。”这是对右玉精神的高度凝练和概括。右玉的辉煌业绩和右玉精神,是右玉人民创造的,但历任县委书记们发挥的骨干引领作用至关重要。作为党员领导干部,学习弘扬右玉精神,最重要的是要像右玉历任县委书记那样,牢固树立正确政绩观,自觉践行党的群众路线,切实抓好打基础利长远的工作,实
Youyu County, northwest of Shanxi has always filled the desert of yellow sand. Over the past 60 years since the founding of new China, under the leadership of 19 county party secretaries, the cadres and masses of Youyu County have persistently planted trees and the area of forestland has increased from less than 0.3% to 53%, creating the spirit of the right Jade Heaven moving heaven and earth. The brilliant performance of Youyu and the spirit of Youyu are created by the people of Youyu, but it is of the utmost importance that all the county party secretaries played the key leading role. As the leading cadres of Party members, studying and carrying forward the spirit of the Right Jade, it is of utmost importance that we firmly establish the correct performance concept, follow the mass line of the Party as we have the previous county party secretaries, and earnestly grasp the long-term basis for the foundation work
