习主席强调指出,要坚决反对形式主义、官僚主义、享乐主义和奢靡之风,为实现中国梦、强军梦提供坚强政治保证。可见,形式主义列“四风”之首,其痼疾之深、范围之广、危害之大,当引起警醒,应高度重视。笔者认为,纠治形式主义歪风,重在治虚、治假、治浮、治懒、治娇上下功夫,见成效。纠治“唯上不唯下”的观念,坚持“接地气长底气”。能否正确处理好唯上与唯下的关系,是党员领导干部作风是否过硬、党性是否纯洁、价值观是否正确的具体体现。
President Xi emphasized that we must resolutely oppose the forces of formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism and extravagance and provide a strong political guarantee for the realization of the Chinese dream and strong military dreams. It can be seen that formalism ranks first in the ranks of “four winds,” and its devastating diseases are far-reaching, extensive in scope and great in harm. When alertness arises, great importance should be attached to it. The author believes that correcting the formalism unhealthy trends, focusing on the rule of virtual, leave, flotation, governance lazy, Jiaojiao Shangshu efforts, see the results. Correct treatment “not only on the only not under ” concept, insisted “ground gas long stamina ”. Whether we can correctly handle the relationship between the supreme authority and the sole authority is the concrete manifestation of whether the party members and leading cadres’ work style is perfect, whether the party spirit is pure or whether the values are correct.
