评价倍频视野计 (FDT)在青光眼的视野诊断上能否达到 Humphrey视野计 (HFA )的诊断水平。材料与方法 :对145只受检眼 (5 1例青光眼、 39例可疑青光眼和 5 5例正常对照 )进行 FDT筛查、 FDT全阈值与 HFA 视野的对比研究 ,通过对 FDT的 MD、 PSD在青光眼、可疑青光眼与正常人之间的方差分析 ,以及 FDT的 MD、 PSD与 Humphrey的 MD、 CPSD之间的相关分析 ,了解 FDT与 HFA 之间的一致性。结果 :方差分析提示 FDT的 MD、 PSD在青光眼、可疑青光眼与正常人之间差异有显著性 ;FDT的 MD、 PSD与 Humphrey的 MD、 CPSD之间的相关系数分别为 0 .88(P<0 .0 1)和 0 .6 1(P<0 .0 1)。结论 :FDT在青光眼视野诊断上基本达到了 HFA 的水平
To evaluate whether ocular fluoroscopy (FDT) can diagnose Humphrey Fluoroscopy (HFA) in visual field of glaucoma. MATERIAL AND METHODS: FDT screening, FDT total threshold and HFA visual field were compared between 145 subjects (51 glaucoma, 39 suspicious glaucoma and 55 normal controls). The MD and PSD of FDT Analysis of variance between glaucoma, suspicious glaucoma and normal subjects, and correlation analysis between FDT MD, PSD and Humphrey’s MD, CPSD to understand the consistency between FDT and HFA. Results: ANOVA showed that there was a significant difference between MDT and PSD in FDT and between suspicious glaucoma and normal subjects. The correlation coefficients of MD, PSD and Humphrey MD, CPSD were 0.88 (P <0 .0 1) and 0 .6 1 (P <0 .0 1). Conclusion: FDT basically reached the level of HFA in the diagnosis of glaucomatous visual field
