在封隔器管柱中,人们最关心的是封隔器的封隔效果。因此,了解封隔器管柱在各种工作条件下的受力状况是非常重要的。本文以Lubinski的管柱受力分析基本理论为基础,针对双封隔器复合管柱,推导出用于双封隔器复合管柱受力分析的基本数学模型,并结合油田实际,介绍了封隔器受力及其承受压差的计算方法。将该技术应用于封隔器管柱的设计,可以了解封隔器在井下的受力状况,消除不可靠因素,保证封隔器管柱安全工作。最后,本文以一口注水井为例介绍了该方法在油田生产中的应用。
In the packer column, the packer is the most concerned about the packer effect. Therefore, it is important to understand the forces that the packer column will have under various working conditions. Based on Lubinski’s basic theory of force analysis of pipe string, aiming at the double-packer composite pipe string, a basic mathematical model for stress analysis of double packer composite pipe string is deduced. Combining with the practice of oil field, Compartment force and its pressure drop to be calculated. Applying this technology to the design of the packer column can understand the stress conditions of the packer in the well, eliminate the unreliable factors and ensure the safe operation of the packer column. Finally, this article takes a water injection well as an example to introduce the application of this method in oilfield production.
