我科自1986年1月至1990年7月采用鱼肝油酸钠瘤腔内注射治疗海绵状血管瘤12例,疗效较好,现介绍点滴体会。 1 临床资料 12例中男性5例,女性7例;年龄15～50岁.发病部位:舌部4例,唇部3例,颊部4例,颊部1例。方法用7号针注射器抽鱼肝油酸钠药液,注射区消毒后针尖直刺入瘤腔内,回抽见血后缓慢注射。注射剂量视肿瘤大小而定,当注射时肿物明显发胀即可停止注药。一般
