自1983年起,我们对20例患者21个上颌中切牙施行异体牙接冠修复,其中残冠9个,残根5个,外伤冠折断4个,釉质发育不全3个。经半年至2年半随访,除1例因用力不当造成牙冠松动外,其余无松动、脱落、变色及尖周感染等现象,患者满意。主要适用于上前牙,因外伤冠折,死髓变色,尖周炎症已控制的残冠,残根,成人个别牙错位及牙(牙合)畸形等。 异体牙接冠术
Since 1983, 21 cases of maxillary central incisor in 20 patients underwent restoration of allograft, including 9 canis crowns, 5 residual roots, 4 traumatic coronary fractures and 3 enamel hypoplasia.
