幼教师资队伍质量的高低,直接关系到幼儿园的教养质量。当前我区幼教师资队伍的状况是,老教师逐年退休,青年教师不断补充进来,因此,从数量上讲,青年教师便成了这支队伍的主体。她们有一定的文化专业知识,有较扎实的说、唱、弹、跳的基本功,但她们缺乏带好班、组织游戏活动、全面照顾幼儿的实践经验。为提高青年教师素质,我们用了两年多的时间,有系统地进行了各类教育评优活动。一、逐项评优,由易到难,全面提高。即把幼儿一日活动分解成几个主要教育环节,有序地逐项评比。
The quality of kindergarten teaching staff is directly related to the quality of kindergarten education. At present, the status of the kindergarten teaching staff in our district is that the old teachers retired from year to year and the young teachers continued to come in. Therefore, in terms of quantity, the young teachers have become the main body of this contingent. They have a certain degree of cultural expertise, have a more solid say, singing, playing, jumping basic skills, but they lack the ability to take good classes, organize the activities of the game, take full account of young children’s practical experience. In order to improve the quality of young teachers, we spent more than two years, systematically conducted various types of education evaluation activities. One, one by one evaluation, from easy to difficult, improve all-round. That is, the activities of children’s day break down into several major education sectors, orderly one by one appraisal.
