在现代文明社会中,法律素养既是一个公民应当具备的一项重要的综合素质,又是思想政治教育的内在要求。而法制教育是培育青少年学生法律品质、提高他们的法律意识、增强法制观念的有效途径。课堂作为对学生进行思想政治教育的主要阵地,如何加强未成年法制教育,预防和减少未成年人违法犯罪,让法制知识走进课堂显得尤为重要,应当引起全社会的重视。就课堂如何开展法制教育进行相关的讨论与分析,期望从中探寻出法制教育可行的教学之路。
In modern civilized society, legal literacy is not only an important comprehensive quality that a citizen should possess, but also an intrinsic requirement of ideological and political education. The legal education is an effective way to cultivate the legal quality of young students, enhance their legal awareness and enhance the concept of legal system. As the main position of ideological and political education for students, classrooms should strengthen the education of juvenile legal system, prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency, and make legal knowledge into the classroom is particularly important, which should arouse the attention of the whole society.
