在广泛开展创建书香校园的过程中,培养农村民工小学学生养成“读好书,好读书,多读书”的好习惯,尤为重要。而由于学校以及他们的家庭各方面环境的限制,课外读物也成了一个奢侈品,谈何读好书,好读书呢?农村小学图书馆作为社会重要的知识信息资源集散地,在培养提高中小学生的信息意识和信息能力方面有着义不容辞的责任。作为一个读书的载体,一个好的图书馆能为他们提供更好的读书环境。因而,在面对新课程改革的背景下,如何加强农村小学图书馆的建设和管理就显得尤为重要。
