迈入21世纪,汉语海外民族志成为了中国人类学发展的一个新的前沿。随着中国学者开展的海外田野工作日益频繁,田野方法正在经受更严格的考验。本文从“越界”这一现象入手,分别从阶层、年龄、学科和意识形态等四个方面考察了海外田野工作的特殊性质。跨越各种边界是田野工作的常态,重视这一现象有助于巩固人类学方法论,推动汉语海外民族志的发展。
Entering the 21st century, Chinese overseas ethnography has become a new frontier in the development of Chinese anthropology. As Chinese scholars conduct fieldwork overseas more and more frequently, the field approach is experiencing more rigorous tests. This article starts with the phenomenon of “transgressions” and examines the special nature of overseas field work from the aspects of class, age, discipline and ideology. Crossing various boundaries is the norm in fieldwork. Attaching importance to this phenomenon helps to consolidate anthropological methodology and promote the development of Chinese overseas ethnography.
