本文研究了用3Cr_2W_8V焊丝配用260焊剂修复废旧冷轧辊的堆焊工艺及对堆焊金属进行热处理的工艺问题。从金属学角度分析了热处理对堆焊金属显微组织、相组成、化学成分及性能的影响,确定了防止变形开裂的合理热处理实施方案,使修复冷轧辊获得较好的表面性能,可以满足轧制有色金属及初轧普遍低碳钢板的使用性能要求,为废旧轧辊修复使用工作探求出一条切实可行的途径。
In this paper, the welding of 3Cr_2W_8V welding wire with 260 flux to repair the waste cold roll and the heat treatment of the deposited metal are studied. From the perspective of metallurgy, the effect of heat treatment on the microstructure, phase composition, chemical composition and properties of deposited metal was analyzed. A reasonable heat treatment scheme to prevent deformation and cracking was determined. The repaired cold roll obtained better surface properties, Non-ferrous metals and non-ferrous metal rolling of the general requirements of the performance of low-carbon steel, scrap roll repair work using exploration to find a practical way.
