为了深入开展“创新创效”大讨论,贯彻落实中央[1997]17号文件精神,进一步加强和改进思想政治工作,公司党委于4月6日至7日在党校举办了“武钢思想政治工作创新”研讨班。公司党委书记张明达、公司党群部门负责人、部分二级单位党委书记和宣传部长参加了研讨。研讨班上,大家结合自己的工作情况,围绕新形势下思想政治工作的创新问题展开了热烈的讨论,提出了许多有价值的建议。现将主要观点综述如下:一、企业思想政治工作面临的新情况新问题参加研讨班的同志一致认为,随着我国社会主义市场经济进程的加快和各项改革逐步深化,企业思想政治工作面临许多新情况、新问题。主要表现在:——职工的思想观念和价值取向发生了新的变化。一方面,思想观念逐步更新,现代化意识增强;另一方面,拜金主义、享乐主义、极端个人主义等腐朽思想在一定范围内有所滋长。少数职工思想意识上呈现“四强四弱”状态,即“政治意识弱化,经济意识强化;集体意识弱化,个人意识强;荣誉意识弱化,利益意识强化;创业意识弱化,休闲意识强化”。

On the one hand, the concept of thinking is gradually updated and the awareness of modernization is enhanced; on the other hand, the decadent ideas such as money worship, hedonism and extreme individualism have grown to a certain extent. A small number of workers and staff ideology showed the state of ”four strong and four weak“, that is, ”the political consciousness is weakened, the economic consciousness is strengthened; the collective consciousness is weakened, the individual consciousness is strong; the honor consciousness is weakened and the interest consciousness is strengthened; the entrepreneurial consciousness is weakened and the leisure consciousness is strengthened ".
