研究了GA3与6-BA对于西洋参种胚生长的效应方式与效应程度。结果表明:(1)GA3与6-BA对西洋参种胚的形态建成具有重要的调控作用;(2)GA3与6-BA通过效应于西洋参种胚形态进而影响外植体愈伤组织的诱导与形成,Ⅰ型茎的膨大率与愈伤组织诱导率显著高于II型茎。
The effects of GA3 and 6-BA on the growth of American ginseng embryos were studied. The results showed that: (1) GA3 and 6-BA played an important regulatory role in the morphogenesis of American ginseng embryos; (2) The effect of GA3 and 6-BA on the embryogenic morphology of American ginseng and the induction of callus induction Formed, type Ⅰ stem swelling and callus induction rate was significantly higher than the type II stem.
